This Susan is going west! However, I will be returning to the east coast 2 days later. It’s weird though. I’m honestly a bit nervous about the trip, just like I was when I went to Los Angeles. I was hoping that having previous flying/west coast experience would make me more comfortable with my trips but that isn’t so. I can’t imagine the feeling in the weeks and days before my move is permanent.

The donate button does work! Convincing people to donate is the problem lol. My trip in May is only going to be 3 days and I’m going to Arizona for college orientation so I have the money for that but then in August I will be moving to Arizona so I’m expecting it to be expensive.

I realize I haven’t updated this blog much, but things are looking up for me! I have been accepted into Arizona State University and intend to move there in August. I will be visiting in May so I’ll definitely be posting videos and photos from my endeavors. Thanks to those of you who still follow!

I still get moments where my nerves kick in and I think about my future and I get scared. Doing something you’ve never done before can be scary. When you take such a huge leap of faith and you’re in it alone and you have no idea what is going to happen, it can be scary. I feel it. But I know that this is what I need. The fear is only in my mind. This fear in my mind has always been what’s held me back from doing what I want to do and going where I want to go and being truly happy. From now on, I’m going to follow my heart and my gut. I really feel that what I’m doing is right. I’m confident and I’m excited.

I think I’m going to try to start doing vlogs. I know I’ve said it before but I am really going try to find the time to get something up.

I’ve sent my application. All I have to do now is send my transcript and wait for a response. crossing my fingers. I want this so bad!

Okay, so things got hectic and I never was able to post the video update but I just wanted to fill you in on what my new plan is for moving to the west coast. I am aiming for my next visit to be in January. I will be in Phoenix, AZ for about 3 days and then in Los Angeles, CA for at least 3 days before heading back here to Baltimore. That will be my last ‘visit’ to the west coast as I plan to be moving to Arizona next August, living on campus to go to college in AZ. Once in AZ, I will make as many trips around the west coast as I can and continue to post photos and stories and keep you updated on my move and how things are going. After I graduate from Arizona I hope to be able to comfortably move to California. I made this blog to document my story and journey from the east coast to the west coast and I will continue to do that until I’m there and hopefully after as well. Thank you all for following :)

In 4 days I will be flying from Baltimore, Maryland to Los Angeles, California. Before I leave I will post a video update about it as well as my updated plan for moving California.
